Dear Valued Harley Customer,

How are you all doing? I hope well. Our winter this year has been mild so far so you should all be doing some enjoyable winter riding. Don’t let us find out that your bike is parked, that is not a good thing.

I regularly send out newsletters to our customer data base. It has come to my attention however that for some or other reason many of our customers are not receiving them. I hope it is not your mail firewall protection, maybe you can check that. I have used a different distribution resource this time round so I surely hope it is going to be more reliable. I only send out good useful information so it would normally benefit you to read it. Our next newsletter in September will comprehensively cover preventative maintenance and tuning Harleys, look out for this one!

I would also like to again use this opportunity to reassure you that you and your bike receive and deserve my personal attention whether directly or indirectly each and every time that you deal with us. While I can’t guarantee that everything that we do is perfect every time, I can guarantee you that if you are not 100% satisfied and you bring it to my or our attention that we will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation.

Also I would like to encourage you as a valued customer to discuss and clearly understand your estimate and or invoice prior to paying it. We put a huge amount of effort into every job which is not easy or near impossible to define or describe on an estimate or invoice.

I am personally inviting and reminding you all again to use this winter opportunity for you Harley maintenance and or upgrades. It is generally quiet in bike workshops until mid September and please don’t forget to negotiate and benefit from a special winter price. Some of our customers think that we are only a workshop; in fact we are a one-stop Harley shop. See a few of our services on offer at the end of this page.

Due to some ongoing pressure from the Harley Davidson Trademark Owners I have been forced to rename our shop and all related paper work or documentation. We already carry a relatively large stock of service and repair items to minimize bike down time while in for repairs. We are slowly but surely growing our accessory stock but please don’t forget, we order in from all the dealerships around the country including the Un-officials. We are able to get ordered in items quicker than you think possible.
